There’s never a better time than the Christmas period to gift your customers with something special. Our client, Aspen Solutions has done just that this week with the launch of their new customer portal, aspenPLUS.

This new service allows their customers to access the same benefits they get through Aspen now, but 24/7! Also, with dedicated account managers, handy configurators and after sales support – their customers can shop with confidence.

Their aspenPLUS shop has thousands of products from the best IT brands. Customers can order on account or pay online, view existing invoices, initiate returns, request assistance and create custom bundles for your business needs. It’s a smart, stress-free approach to purchasing IT supplies at a time when shopping can often feel like a battle!

For their launch of this new service, we designed and rolled out a social media campaign to appeal to their current customers and to promote the service. Our graphics kept in line with the Aspen brand (which we also designed!) but created a unique distinction that would help their customers understand the difference between their services. We also designed the new customer portal and created a new page for the existing website to promote it. We loved the challenge of taking a brand we knew inside and out and creating a distinct but related identity. We’re excited to hear about their customers experiences with the new portal and their response to the new look.
