This month our friends at Global, famous for the Heart & Smooth FM radio stations, bought Exterion Media. Our agency work with Exterion for media planning/buying bus campaigns across Scotland and on Glasgow subway too. Most noteworthy, Exterion also have the Transport for London contract for advertising in all the tube stations.
Before the Exterion deal, Global bought Primesight. Their speciality is billboards, digital & static, plus lots of smaller poster sites across the UK.
We certainly love working on outdoor campaigns with media planning, buying and creative too if our clients so require. Out of Home (OOH) advertising plays a massive part of our clients’ need to reach their target audience.

Global’s big moves into the OOH world mean they will be a serious challenger to current market leader, JC Decaux. We predict a big investment from both Decaux and Global in 2019 with lots of digital outdoor being installed.
We’re big fans of digital as it means we can move quickly to buy outdoor campaigns. Most importantly, the digital screens mean our client creative work can include motion, video and really catch the eye.
