The ALLIANCE, is the national third sector intermediary for a range of health and social care organisations. With over 2,200 members, their website had developed a range of issues that needed resolved.
The main website had developed 10 microsites all operating independently from one another.
We organised focus groups of members, staff and general users to develop a better understanding of the needs required.
We ran accessibility work groups and independent accessibility testing.
We worked closely with staff on how to populate the website through training and website-brand guidelines.
We continue to work with The ALLIANCE to maintain and develop the website to the highest standards.
