The Experience is a multi-function leisure facility on the outskirts of Glasgow. The facility includes Scotland’s only indoor electric go-karting track, laser tag, café, sensory zone and conference rooms.
The Experience invited us in to help them generate new customers.

The first step was to create a family of brand marks that unified all the facilities as one. Thereafter we developed extensive brand guidelines to roll out across the whole site.

On site, we repainted the building and created new exterior signage and changed the traffic flow and entrance to allow for better movement of customers. We also rebranded and reorganised the interior for a better customer experience.

We redesigned their website to improve the user experience and drive traffic to the site.

Along with the rebrand we also created a different strategy for their meeting rooms. This included guidelines for the brand, interior design and a stand alone website that is part of the Experience family.

Now that The Experience was ready for purpose we helped them market the facility. We handled media planning & buying for magazines, key billboards sites across Glasgow and radio stations. We also developed online strategy covering news websites with content and competitions.
