I have been fortunate enough to work as a paste-up artist, finished artist, visualiser, graphic designer, studio manager and creative director for the last 37 years. In that time I’ve worked with a huge range of clients, from small independents to large multinational companies and institutions. Working with new technologies throughout my career has been rewarding and as the old cliche goes – I really have learnt something new everyday.

My key role at Cole AD is to give the clients the best creative experience from our very talented teams; from the graphic designers, UX designers, animators, website developers and marketing team. I work to combine, develop and nurture their talents. I also work with clients to help them develop their businesses using the combined talent pool of our people. 

Doing all of the above requires downtime, which ironically is where some of my best ideas come from. This includes painting in oils, munro bagging and being a husband and father to five grown up children. And, I have an unashamed penchant for a patterned shirt. There, I said it – that feels good!
