Last week, Garry and Michael from our team attended the Scottish Union of Supported Employment (SUSE) AGM at the Glasgow Science Centre. This was a fantastic opportunity to connect with organisations, employers, and partners who share a commitment to building a more inclusive workforce across Scotland.
The event brought together inspiring speakers and thought-provoking discussions centred on supported employment, accessibility, and the importance of meaningful opportunities for everyone.
As a creative agency that works closely with third sector organisations, social enterprises, and community-focused initiatives, Cole AD was proud to be part of such a positive and forward-thinking gathering.
The AGM provided valuable insight into the latest developments in supported employment, including innovative approaches to training, inclusion strategies, and digital engagement. All of these subjects align closely with our Studio’s mission to use design and communication to create lasting social impact.
Our Studio is currently designing a new tool for SUSE called the EASE App which will launch in 2026. The EASE App is for disabled workers to check their wellbeing based on a range of challenges people may face in employment, and get help quickly if needed. Its purpose is to facilitate Early Action to Sustain Employment (EASE). You can learn more about the EASE App by clicking here.
A big thank you to SUSE for hosting such an engaging and empowering day in Glasgow!
